Arabia Group for Investment was awarded an auction in New Cairo for a land of 300 thousand square meters (71 feddans); Eng.Tarek Shoukry, Chairman of the group has announced that furthering the accomplished success by the group in the field of the real estate investment, Arabia Group will execute the project of the third compound in New Cairo and he declared that they will start preliminary designs for the villas of the new compound in the near future and it is likely they will start executing the project by the Summer of 2007 with an investment exceeding 350 million Egyptian Pounds.
