The Group was awarded four auctions of administrative buildings in New Cairo.

Within the frame of business expansions led by Arabia Group for Investment, it was awarded four auctions for administrative lands in New Cairo, as the Group is interested in developing the idea of the administrative buildings to be in consistence with the latest international designs in terms of glass façades, cladding usage and buildings connecting using an information technology and Smart Technology system as well as all required new systems and services for the international companies on the global level.
